Wolf Tones snatch draw in Ramor Park
Wolf Tones Lurgan 0.7 Ramor United 0.7

Wolf Tones weathered a poor start to this Ulster League fixture to put in a good second half performance and snatch a hard earned share of the points.
The game was played in excellent conditions in Ramor Park Virginia on Sunday last.
Ramor were first out of the blocks with points from Peter Monaghan and Shane Cole. By the interval Ramor held a five point to one advantage.

The second half saw Wolf Tones ratchet up the action and with McAlinden and Coleman gaining the advantage at mid-field it wasn't long before the gap narrowed considerably. Points from corner forward J Caughy and mid-fielder Coleman meant there was only a kick of the ball between the sides going into the final quarter.

A late burst of scores from the Armagh side earned them a draw. A point from corner-forward J Tohill and a brace from the big mid-fielder C McAlinden the last of which was right on the hour ensured their days work was not in vain.
