Ramor back to winning Ways.
Ramor Utd 2.11 Bailieboro 0.8

Ramor had a spirited win in Bailieboro on Saturday evening last thus copper fastening their place in the Senior League next year. With nine or ten of our regular Senior Panel missing it was good to see the spirit of the team shining through and two great goal strikes from Gareth Daly and young James Brennan respectively settled the affair in the last ten minutes.

This was a good evenly fought match for fifty minutes with Charles Clarke and young Callaghan scoring freely in the first half. Points from Ramor marksman Keith Soden and half forward Ogie Farrelly meant there was only one point in it at half time.

Things continued nip and tuck in the second half until the double goal strike by Daly and Brennan put a bit of daylight between the sides. All in all a good day for Ramor United who needed the points.
