Killygarry played host to Ramor United last Saturday afternoon in what turned out to be an enjoyable Division 1. Senior League and Junior A brace of matches.

The senior game was nip and tuck for the hour with never more than a couple of points separating the sides and ended predictably in a draw. Philip Kermath's goal strike levelling the match at half time at 1.5 apiece.

Both teams tried hard to win the game in the second half but on balance a draw was a fair result. Ramor need a similar commitment for their remaining five matches this year to ensure their Senior status next year.

The junior game was a good sporting football contest. In the second half Killygarry's physical power and superb marksmanship proved too much for the Ramormen. Killygarry won this contest.
