First game at home to Crosserlough,Fine weather contributed to a good competitive game. Game staged in four -15 minute quarters allowing all players a minimum of 30 mins to improve and display their skills.1st quater Crosserlough went in ahead by a couple of points. Conor Farrelly controlled the midfield area with good passing and handling skills and Liam Maquire scored good points from play. 2nd quarter saw Ramor pinned back in their own half with Micheal Smollen making 2 good saves and strong defensive displays from Micheal Kavanagh and Dylan Farrelly kept the score line respectable. Cameroon Smart competed well in the wing forward position. 3rd qtr saw Ramor roar back into this game. Ronan Patterson scored a hat trick of goals and Liam McDermott again taking a great point from the left wing. Matthew Magee, David Costello and Brian Quilty dominated the entire defensive area.This quarter ended with both teams on level scoring. The 4qtr proved very competitive with attacking play switching from end to end. Sean Ward, Brandon Kenny and Peter Nulty exhibiting great defensive displays and Ramors tank in midfield Lee Burdis taking on and dominating with excellent tackling and passing. Both teams were scoring at will. Nathan McCabe started a good attacking move from wing forward passing to Garath Mannion who set up Niall McWeeney to score a goal from close in. However Crosserlough proved just too strong on the night scoring the final goal,which enabled them to win by 3 points.
